I recently transferred to the Long & Foster Andrews/Camp Springs Sales office in Camp Springs, near Andrews AFB. Pamela holds the prestigious Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) designations and is working on several other designations simultaneously: Internet Professional (ePro), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS)  She also is a member of the Women's Council of REALTORS®. With Long & Foster she is an authorized Rental Agent, certified Staging Specialist, and completed the Ultimate Technology Certification course.  Pamela is also a registered HUD agent and a certified Freddie Mac CreditSmart® program trainer (yes, she believes in continuing education!). In addition, she has attended courses on investment properties. Experience

Pamela has a background of public service, mostly public relations, administration and research. She graduated cum laude from the University of the District of Columbia with a BA in Journalism and is pursuing her MS in Public Relations Management at the University of Maryland University College. She is a 15-year veteran of the U.S. Army Reserves, where she served as a Public Affairs Officer. Real estate came naturally for Pamela, especially with a family history of investing in real estate and a husband who is a home improvement contractor. Her background and experience, combined with her superb training through Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc., prepared Pamela to handle the most complicated real estate transactions. Along with her insight into the Washington, DC Metropolitan area as a fifth-generation Washingtonian, Pamela is your choice for putting together smooth, trouble-free transactions!

Personal 

Pamela has been married over 15 years to James "Mike" Chandler. They have three wonderful children:  Damon (13), Nicole (11), and Alexis (10).  And, as her friends and family will attest, she is an extremely loyal Washington Redskins fan! Her interests include, of course, watching the Redskins during football season; visiting her family's home in Highland Beach, Maryland; reading or watching science fiction; and traveling.
